Exit Poll Results

For those who cannot wait for the official announcements, this site from the most excellent Poynter Institute will direct you to exit polling data. This site from ABC News explains what an exit poll is, how it is conducted, and what questions are typically asked. A brief history of exit polls is available here. New Jersey School Administrators’ Buyout Packages

The state is attempting to reign in the tremendous amount of money paid to school administrators when they leave their districts. Future contracts will be capped at $15,000; however, there are still the current contracts to deal with. This year alone, more than nine million dollars will be spent on their buyouts. Here is a listing by county/muncipitality of all non-union adminstrators making more than $70,000 per year, what their buyout packages look like, and where they rank in the state.
